Transform Your Life with Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

 The training encompasses a blend of lectures, discussions, and practical sessions. Your journey commences here, and upon completing the class, you'll have the ability to administer Reiki treatments to both yourself and others. 

Over the weekend you will receive placements (attunements) to the Reiki I and Reiki II Usui Holy Fire ® energy.

In Reiki I, you will learn the history of reiki, nature of energy, hand placement system, gassho meditation, byosen scanning, kenoku, Gyoshi-ho and more. Time is allotted for practice giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions.
 

During Reiki II, students will learn the Reiki symbols and how to use them. The student will also learn how to use Reiki to send long distance Reiki to family, friends and other situations. Practice time is given to under stand the use and feel of the symbols

Advance your teaching to new levels though hands-on assists and adjustments within a multitude of yoga poses. Gain confidence with the tools to support your students in order to evolve in their practice. Learning to assist safely & effectively empower your teaching, confidence, and deepens your knowledge of alignment.

As an instructor / instructor to be, you are invited to this 2 day mini training where you will learn all about hands on assists and you'll be practicing it! Students LOVE hands on assists and this is an important aspect of being a yoga instructor.
