Tailored Private and Small Group Sessions
Our private and small group sessions are entirely personalized to suit your individual abilities and requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to either learn or enhance and refine your practice.

If you prefer a more leisurely pace, then you might enjoy Gentle, Resorative, and Yin Yoga. These yoga styles feature slow-moving asanas that are held for an extended period. Beginners can start by holding each asana between 45 seconds to 2 minutes and progress to longer holds as their practice advances. Rediscover your connection between mind, body, and soul as you practice these yoga styles.

Vinyasa yoga is a flowing sequence of postures synchronized with breath, accompanied by modifications and alignment adjustments guided by the teacher. The practice promotes mindfulness, relaxation, and release of tension and stress.

Unwind & Restore: Slow Flow + Reiki
This is a 4-week semi-private yoga series designed to help you release the stress of your day and come back into your body.
Each class blends slow, mindful flow with deep stretching, breathwork, and moments of stillness. Gentle hands-on assists, alignment cues, and optional Reiki are woven throughout to calm the nervous system and restore balance.
With only 6–8 students, you’ll receive personalized attention in a supportive, intimate setting—perfect for those craving something more intentional than a typical studio class.

With a small group setting, you’ll receive personal guidance and space to deepen your practice in a way that feels supportive and inspiring.
